Aidan joined Dexter Fire in December 2022 through the Resident Volunteer Program, quickly proving himself as a dedicated and highly capable member of the team. He has earned State of Oregon certifications as a Firefighter and Apparatus Operator, along with his EMT-B license.

During his time as a resident, Aidan also served seasonally with the Oregon Department of Forestry, gaining valuable experience in wildland firefighting. In January 2024, he accepted the role of Full-Time Engineer/EMT and currently serves as the C-Shift Lead.
